THE SUICIDE TRAP

The Suicide Trap is inspired by the Beyond Blue Suicide Safety Plan. In this 45 minute play, Romeo and Juliet wake in an inbetween world to discover that yet again, they have ended their own lives. After four hundred years of nightly suicide, they decide to make a serious change. Along the way they discover that they cannot alter any of the elements of Shakespeare's carefully planned suicide trap - but perhaps they can change the way that they respond to it.  Can the world's most famous tragic lovers actually learn to live?
