Service Description

This workshop uses improvisation techniques to explore different narrative approaches, notions of exposition and subtext and dialogue. Participants also investigate creative choices in time, place and mise en scene in constructing scenes and plotlines that have implicit tension. Through collaborative creative problem-solving and utilizing these dramatic elements, participants explore alternative ways of ‘telling a story’. The workshop builds towards a working understanding of implicit meaning or subtext.
